Key Responsibilities:
- Build institutional advocacy for cardiovascular formulary adoption to drive appropriate utilization of approved products; develop, coordinate, and implement strategic business plans for Priority Accounts and Affiliated Healthcare Systems.
- Build relationships with administrative, clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to optimize pathways, transitions of care, treatment protocols, and workflow enablement; conduct periodic needs assessments and tailor insights/activities.
- Identify and enable injection locations aligned to account archetypes and pathways; integrate workflow and EMR with cross-functional teams.
- Use knowledge of inpatient vs. outpatient reimbursement and market/customer economics and access models (including payment programs and trends); maintain awareness of pricing offerings and inform account administrators.
- Collaborate with local partners to create/maintain institutional-specific business plans based on local market forces.
- Leverage expertise in disease state, marketplace, competitors, and cross-functional activities to anticipate and address business opportunities/challenges.
- Provide product and disease-state presentations to physicians/staff; lead cross-functional teams to create, implement, and update business plans.
- Support cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities and diagnosing business/implementation issues.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar); 2+ years specialty buy-and-bill.
- 2+ years managing complex accounts (e.g., major academic centers/hospitals).
- Strong cardiovascular therapeutic area/product knowledge.
- Experience building strategic account plans in matrix environments.
- Customer and cross-functional expertise; healthcare ecosystem understanding; business acumen; technology/digital engagement.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.

- Experience calling on assigned cardiovascular accounts.
- Cross-functional experience across Marketing, Medical, Market Access/Reimbursement, and/or Sales Leadership.
