Job Description:
As a Manager within the Market Access & Patient Services (MAPS) Insights group, you will shape strategy and deliver insights for all US Immunology brands by leading complex analytics and market research initiatives, identifying payer opportunities, assessing risk scenarios, and crafting actionable recommendations to improve access for patients and providers.

Responsibilities:
- Drive advanced analytics on utilization management, medical policy, pricing strategies, and competitive launches
- Develop contracting strategies using quantitative analysis of specialty pharmacies, PBMs, GPOs, and health plans
- Execute market research to assess market dynamics, payer opportunities, and access barriers
- Use analytics, data science, modeling, and visualization tools to communicate insights that influence business and patient outcomes
- Present analytics and research insights to senior leadership and influence high-impact decisions
- Foster a high-performing, innovative, and inclusive team environment

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years hands-on quantitative analysis experience (sales/marketing/pharma analytics)
- Expertise in analytic tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Dataiku) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience in agile, cross-functional environments; ability to lead independent projects
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business narratives
- Passion for problem solving and strong stakeholder engagement

Preferred:
- Master’s/MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience with syndicated pharma data sources and market access analytics
- Familiarity with advanced analytics (statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics)
- In-depth US market access strategy and payer landscape experience (e.g., value/contracting, reimbursement, policy analytics, access barriers)
