Responsibilities:
- Support access to GSK Oncology products for appropriate patients.
- Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products; explain GSK Patient Support Programs to help patients access medicines.
- Interface with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities.
- Provide offices product access/reimbursement expertise and educate field teams.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties, including hubs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in one or more of: Field Reimbursement, Payer Marketing, or Oncology Field Sales (HCP administered or Specialty Pharmacy provided).
- Ability to travel up to 60% (including overnights).
- Live in or within 10 miles of the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or other advanced degree; live within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport (for larger geographies).
- 6+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement/Oncology Field Sales/Payer Marketing/Patient Support Programs.
- Oncology reimbursement experience across multiple sites of care.
- Knowledge of payer environment (state/federal/private), reimbursement methodologies/policies; Commercial + Medicare Parts A/B/C/D + state Medicaid dynamics.
- Understanding of HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 coding regulations; knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy access process.
- Experience working with HUBs or reimbursement call centers.

Benefits/Compensation (if applicable): US base salary range: $165,750–$276,250; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and caregiver/parental & medical leave.
