Responsibilities:
- Supports access to GSK Oncology products for appropriate patients.
- Educates providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products; helps providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs to enable patient access.
- Interfaces internally with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
- Analyzes access/reimbursement issues and opportunities.
- Provides office product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Delivers access/reimbursement education to field teams.
- Coordinates with third parties (including hubs) on access/reimbursement issues.
- Provides subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers impacting patient access.
- Reports to Director of Oncology Access & Reimbursement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Payer Marketing, and/or Oncology Field Sales (HCP administered or Specialty Pharmacy provided).
- Ability to travel up to 60% (including overnights).
- Must live in or within 10 miles of the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or other advanced degree.
- 6+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Oncology Field Sales, Payer Marketing, and/or Patient Support Programs.
- Reimbursement experience with oral or injected/infused oncology products across multiple sites of care.
- Knowledge of payer environment (state/federal/private), reimbursement methodologies, and payer policies for HCP and self-administered drugs.
- Customer-focused relationship building; issue identification/resolution, problem-solving, and project management.
- Strong independent and matrix-leadership capability (no direct reports).
- Knowledge of provider office and outpatient department reimbursement environments, regulations, and account-based planning.
- Specialty Pharmacy access process knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of Commercial, Medicare (Parts A–D), and state Medicaid dynamics; HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 coding.
- Experience working with HUB or reimbursement call centers.

Compensation/Benefits (US): Base salary range $165,750–$276,250; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental & medical leave.
