Manager, Access & Reimbursement - Oncology (AZ, NM, CO, KS, MO, IL)

Responsibilities:
- Support access to GSK Oncology products for appropriate patients.
- Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products; help providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs.
- Interface with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities.
- Provide product access/reimbursement expertise to offices.
- Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties, including hubs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers to patient access.
- Reports to Director of Oncology Access & Reimbursement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Payer Marketing, or Oncology Field Sales (HCP administered or Specialty Pharmacy provided).
- Travel up to 60% (including overnights).
- Live in or within 10 miles of the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or other advanced degree.
- 6+ years’ relevant experience (Field Reimbursement, Oncology Field Sales, Payer Marketing, Patient Support Programs).
- Reimbursement experience for oral or injected/infused Oncology products across multiple sites of care.
- Knowledge of payer environment and payer reimbursement methodologies/policies; Commercial, Medicare Parts A/B/C/D, and state Medicaid dynamics.
- Understanding of HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 coding; provider office and hospital outpatient reimbursement environments.
- Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy access process and experience with HUB/reimbursement call centers.
Compensation/Benefits (US): Annual base salary range $165,750–$276,250; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
