Long Term Care Associate Account Manager (Toledo, OH)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
- Analyze to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities; attend relevant society meetings where key decision makers will be in attendance.
- Maintain working knowledge of, and established relationships within, the long term care industry.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
- Proactively engage collaboratively with field representatives and sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
- Record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
- Selected candidate must live within the geography of the territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated career success in LTC networking and local pull-through.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to interact with customers in live/virtual environments and proficiency with technology.
- Ability to travel as required (overnight and/or weekend travel).
- Valid US driverβs license and acceptable driving record required.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Salary/Incentive:
- Annual starting salary range: $88,000β$160,000.
- Eligible for company sales incentive plan based on defined sales targets.
