Long Term Care Associate Account Manager (Psychiatry) โ Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the assigned geography.
- Analyze data to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities; attend relevant Society meetings.
- Leverage working knowledge and relationships in the long-term care industry.
- Monitor account performance to drive incremental psychiatry product sales while maintaining compliance.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings.
- Proactively collaborate with field representatives and sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Live within the territory geography.
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
- Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
- Record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated success in LTC networking and local pull-through.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments; proficient with technology.
- Ability to travel as required (overnight/weekend possible).
- Valid U.S. driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Annual starting salary: $88,000โ$160,000.
- Eligible for sales incentive plan.
