Position Summary
As part of our team, the Liquid Product Manager will support all stages of liquid product development and commercialization to ensure high adoption and delivery of high-quality commercially available liquid offerings. Focus is on clinical liquid offerings within Caris Life Sciences, including current and future products. Proficiency in the Liquid Oncology Market, compliance/regulations, and ability to communicate and sell Caris Liquid Product offerings is essential.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a product roadmap (assigned geography) from concept to commercial adoption; partner with local commercial teams for development, launch, and widespread adoption.
- Deliver the operating plan and achieve growth objectives.
- Develop tailored strategies for specific customer and company needs.
- Partner across business units on end-to-end go-to-market execution.
- Provide consultative/advisory support to client partners on technology-based solutions.
- Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and hospital/laboratory professionals.
- Analyze opportunities and develop strategic sales plans; maintain relationships with new/existing clients.
- Maintain core knowledge of competitive products/services/technology and reimbursement/billing issues.
- Provide post-sales service and pursue additional business opportunities.
- Maintain assigned company assets and complete required administrative tasks (reports, plans, expenses, CRM).
- Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid Product Platform.
- Meet targets and goals; provide meeting/trade show support as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years in molecular diagnostics or relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention, and molecular laboratory science.
- Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and drug response (advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic internet use.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and compliant automobile insurance.
- Willingness to travel regularly; 75% of time in the field meeting clients/prospects.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- 5–7+ years successful diagnostic sales experience (product and service).

Required Training
- Job-specific, safety, and compliance training assigned based on job functions.
