Position Summary
As part of our dynamic team, the Liquid Product Manager will support all stages of liquid product development and commercialization to drive high adoption and delivery of high-quality commercially available liquid offerings. Focus includes clinical liquid offerings within Caris Life Sciences (current and future products), with proficiency in oncology liquid market, compliance/regulations, and the ability to effectively communicate and sell Caris liquid offerings.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a product roadmap by geography from concept through commercial adoption; partner with local commercial teams on development, launch, and widespread adoption.
- Deliver the operating plan and achieve growth objectives.
- Develop strategies tailored to customer and company needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on end-to-end go-to-market strategy execution.
- Serve as a consultative/advisory resource to clients on technology-based solutions.
- Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and other relevant business customers; support hospital and laboratory professionals.
- Analyze opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for assigned geography.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Liquid Product market clients.
- Maintain core knowledge of competitive products/services/technology and reimbursement/billing issues in liquid oncology.
- Provide post-sales service and identify additional business opportunities.
- Maintain assigned company assets (e.g., laptop, PDA).
- Submit administrative tasks (weekly reports, business plans, expense reports, CRM, and other weekly tasks).
- Demonstrate core knowledge of technology solutions and competitive strategies.
- Meet assigned targets and goals.
- Provide meeting and trade show support as required.
- Support physicians on ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid product platform.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in molecular diagnostics or relevant industry (liquid biopsy sales preferred).
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention, and molecular laboratory science.
- Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and associated drug response.
- Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic internet use.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance meeting company requirements.
- Regular travel; 75% of time in the field meeting clients/prospects.
- Pre-employment: criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- 5–7+ years of successful diagnostic sales experience (product and service).
