Job Summary:
Provide expert legal advice and counseling to business partners on strategic and tactical projects in a highly regulated environment. Support commercial, market access, government affairs/public policy, and pipeline teams. Report to the Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise business partners on commercial initiatives by advancing company strategy while managing legal risk and protecting integrity/reputation.
- Provide legal counsel on Medicaid, Medicare, 340B program, Veterans Health Care Act; market access and reimbursement; government pricing and price reporting compliance; CMS final rules/correspondence (letters, public comments).
- Advise on U.S. federal and state legislation affecting market access, pricing, reimbursement, and drug price transparency/reporting.
- Counsel on services and contracting for specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies; data and special projects; brand strategic planning and business operation plans.
- Stay current on healthcare legislation/regulations and enforcement landscape.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies, including Anti-kickback Statute and other U.S. healthcare compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across commercial, pipeline, and privacy; review select Communication Review Committee materials.
- Participate in Legal & Compliance Department initiatives; share knowledge via presentations and discussions.

Qualifications / Skills:
- JD (ABA-accredited) and member of a state bar.
- 8+ years post-JD advising in life sciences (law firm or in-house).
- Government price reporting experience.
- Experience with Medicaid/340B/Veterans; anti-kickback statutes; state drug pricing transparency; OIG guidance/advisory opinions; False Claims Act; PhRMA Code.
- Strong verbal/written communication to lawyers and non-lawyers; business-minded legal judgment.
- Advanced contracting and redlining; strong analytical/problem-solving/organizational skills.
- Ability to manage outside counsel and adhere to budget.
- Specialty medicines experience highly desired.

Pay Range:
$214,400 - $321,600

Work Arrangement:
Remote-Eligible (Remote/Hybrid/On-Site options).
