Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway (LEAP) Associate (Commercial) β€” Remote

Role Overview
- Selective, high-impact rotational program to accelerate development of next-generation commercial leaders.
- Structured, end-to-end commercial development experience with real accountability, senior leader exposure, and hands-on ownership of meaningful business work.
- Enterprise-minded contributor expected to think strategically, execute rigorously, operate across functions, and continuously elevate how work gets done (including AI-enabled ways of working).

Preferred Locations/Territories
- Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA

Program Overview
- 18–24 month structured rotational development program.
- Exposure across Field Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
- Embedded learning curriculum on end-to-end commercial strategy/execution, cross-functional leadership/influence, decision-making in complex data-rich environments, responsible practical AI application, and ongoing mentorship/performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution on priority commercial initiatives and business-critical projects.
- Translate strategy into action via planning, analysis, and execution impacting commercial performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Provide structure/insight to ambiguity using data, judgment, and stakeholder input.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Build influence without authority in complex stakeholder environments.
- Continuously improve efficiency, rigor, and scalability.

AI-Enabled Ways of Working
- Use approved AI tools to support commercial analysis/insights, planning/scenario evaluation, content development/communication, and workflow efficiency.
- Apply AI responsibly in alignment with governance/standards; share best practices and help drive adoption.

Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years professional experience
- Demonstrated execution/ownership/results delivery
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in biotech/pharma and commercial leadership pathways

Preferred:
- Experience in disciplined, performance-driven environments (e.g., military)
- Exposure to commercial/operational/analytical/customer-facing roles
- Experience using data/analytics/digital tools or AI-enabled solutions for decision-making
- Comfort working in complex, matrixed organizations

Developmental Opportunities

- Potential placement into full-time commercial roles upon program completion
