Lead Technical Recruiter

Role: Lead technical recruiter at an AI-driven pharma company, focusing on sourcing top talent for data science, engineering, and product teams. Responsibilities: manage requisitions end-to-end, partner with leadership on hiring strategies, leverage AI tools for sourcing and evaluation, develop employer branding, and participate in talent pipeline activities. Requirements: 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 in-house at a startup, preferably in life sciences or AI; fluency with AI sourcing tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex); proven success in hiring impactful senior to management-level technical roles; strategic partnership skills; strong project management and creative sourcing capabilities.
