Lead Finance Analyst – Reporting (Finance/Accounting)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide governance for new report/enhancement process (intake, demand prioritization/approval, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, activation)
- Engage with reporting organization, data owners, and technical product org to identify report approvers during intake
- Align business stakeholders on report designs; obtain reporting leader approval before deploying to end users
- Coordinate with SigniFi program teams (e.g., ServiceNow, IRIS, other tools/systems) and JJT stakeholders
- Analyze report usage and user access; incorporate customer feedback to drive adoption
- Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end backlog management; develop corrective actions when process fails

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (prefer Accounting or Finance)
- 4+ years finance or related business experience required
- MBA/CPA/CMA or other applicable financial certifications preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical or cross-sector preferred
- Preferred: understanding of next-gen technologies (RPA, NLG), innovative process-improvement mindset, SAP financial data analytics/reporting modules, SOX financial controls knowledge, continuous process improvement techniques, multi-ERP environment experience, leading project timelines/milestones
- Excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills required
