Lead, Field Access Management

Role: Lead, Field Access Management, overseeing the National Field Access Manager team to enhance patient access to therapy. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies to improve reimbursement and reduce barriers; lead and coach field access teams; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Sales, Patient Services, and Specialty Pharmacy; monitor performance metrics such as time to therapy and prior authorization success; analyze data to inform operational improvements; serve as a subject matter expert on field access. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; 12+ years in pharmaceutical market access, reimbursement, or related commercial functions; 5+ years of leadership experience managing field teams; strong knowledge of payer policies, reimbursement pathways, and specialty pharmacy systems; proven success in product launches and cross-functional initiatives; excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
