Kidney Territory Account Manager (KTAM) responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with nephrologists and related HCPs; serve as territory account manager for specialty kidney clinics.
- Build expertise in disease/product clinical attributes and patient unmet needs; educate HCPs on appropriate product use.
- Understand territory/market dynamics (physicians, stakeholder mapping, decision makers, patient protocols, referral networks, access, and drivers/barriers).
- Achieve territory performance goals and contribute to area/national performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; attend meetings and take on projects as requested.
- Exercise sound judgment; adhere to regulatory/compliance guidelines and company policies.

Knowledge/skills required:
- Ability to understand/communicate complex clinical disease/product.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
- Initiative, strong work ethic, passion for improving patient care, customer orientation.
- Team-based, cross-functional skills; continuous learning.
- Clinical acumen, selling skills, business acumen, customer relationships.
- Expertise in HCP/patient resources, core sales competencies, disease centers of care, payer landscape, relationship/account management.
- Integrity/ethical behavior; documented sales success; IT capability (e.g., Veeva CRM); experience in highly matrixed environments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Typically 5+ years pharmaceutical field sales; experience in kidney/renal or rare disease/similar specialty markets; product launch experience highly desired.

Other requirements:
- Complete required trainings/background/drug testing/vaccinations.
- Live and work within the territory; valid driverโ€™s license; travel up to 80% and work after hours; 10โ€“30% overnight travel.

Compensation/benefits:
- $133,600โ€“$200,400; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, student loan repayment, commuting subsidy, matching donations, and 401(k).
