Kidney Territory Account Manager (KTAM)

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with nephrologists and related HCPs; serve as territory account manager for specialty kidney clinics
- Develop and maintain expertise on disease, product clinical attributes, and patient unmet needs to educate HCPs on appropriate product use
- Build deep understanding of assigned physicians and territory/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, key decision-maker relationships, patient protocols, referral networks, access, and drivers/barriers
- Drive individual territory performance and contribute to area/national team performance
- Collaborate across functional areas to achieve goals and address challenges
- Attend meetings and take on projects/other duties as requested by management
- Exercise sound judgment and adhere to regulatory/compliance guidelines and company policies

Education/Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- Typically requires 5 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience; kidney/renal disease or rare disease/similar biotech/specialty markets
- Product launch experience highly desired

Required Customer Credentialing:
- Completion of trainings and successful background screens, drug testing, and vaccinations (as applicable)

Territory/Work Requirements:
- Must live and work within the territory (and possibly within reasonable distance to a major airport)
- Valid driverโ€™s license in good standing
- Travel by car/air up to 80% and work after hours as needed
- 10โ€“30% overnight travel may be required

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Annual bonus and annual equity awards; annual base salary range: $133,600โ€“$200,400
