Role Summary
- Plan and execute account-level engagement strategies for priority accounts; align stakeholder needs with compliant, consistent execution across a matrixed team.

Primary Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to account dynamics, stakeholder roles, and patient care pathways.
- Use approved tools/strategies to address account-specific opportunities and barriers within compliance standards.
- Prioritize activities to optimize customer experience and adoption across the care continuum.
- Develop territory market strategies via patient identification, treatment center patterns, and ongoing analysis of market opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Tailor engagement to clinical, operational, and administrative decision-makers to drive agreement decisions.
- Support Medical-led scientific/clinical/value-based engagement with coordination of Medical partners.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional/Regional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access & Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, and Compliance to improve patient access/experience.
- Serve as account point of contact and share insights to inform broader strategy.
- Contribute to regional planning/performance; use field feedback to refine territory plans and messaging.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorโ€™s required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years biotech/pharma experience (hospital/academic medical centers, strategic sales, or medical-adjacent commercial roles); childrenโ€™s hospital experience a plus.
- 4+ years rare neuromuscular market experience (buy/bill infused products preferred).
- Ability to tailor engagement across stakeholder types in a rare disease environment; navigate complex patient situations compliantly.
- Proven success in matrixed, team-based field environments; strong understanding of patient care pathways and specialty access.
- Specialty product launch experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, business acumen, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Travel up to 80% required; field-based in assigned territory near a major airport.

Pay Range
- $190,000โ€“$225,000 USD.
