Responsibilities:
- Assess, map, and prioritize health system structures, workflows, and stakeholder networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, administrative, and population health leaders.
- Establish engagement cadence and long-term partnership plans; coordinate cross-functionally for unified system execution.
- Conduct educational engagements to support screening, diagnosis, and management of complex metabolic diseases; support grand rounds, society events, internal conferences, and departmental education.
- Develop/enhance hypercortisolism identification pathways (screening pathways, EMR flags/clinical decision support, order sets, referral workflows, multidisciplinary care pathways) and drive operational adoption through education and implementation support.
- Provide accurate, balanced FDA-approved Korlym information for system-level workflow/pathway discussions; maintain boundaries against promotional detailing/sales messaging or influencing individual prescribing decisions. Triage HCP prescribing/product requests to Clinical Specialists/MSLs.
- Capture and communicate actionable institutional insights; ensure documentation/account planning/CRM usage and compliance with internal policies.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of health system dynamics, protocol design, clinical workflows, and multidisciplinary care coordination.
- Proven ability to influence adoption of pathways/EMR tools/system processes.
- Analytical, strategic synthesis, and excellent communication skills.
- Travel up to 80%; maintain driving record per policy.

Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device; success engaging complex healthcare institutions.
- Experience in endocrinology/cardiometabolic/rare/specialty therapeutic areas; prior protocol adoption or workflow redesign.

Compensation/Eligibility:
- Pay range: $154,980–$205,110.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
