Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise account strategies across priority IDNs, health systems, and complex accounts within an assigned geography.
- Build institutional access via formulary engagement, protocol development, and clinical pathway integration.
- Drive Plozasiran integration into treatment algorithms, order sets, and clinical workflows with institutional decision-makers.
- Own multi-year account growth plans (partnership development, opportunity sizing, execution) and use adoption/access/performance data to prioritize opportunities and remove barriers.
- Maintain account planning (e.g., business reviews, stakeholder maps) and monitor adoption metrics to accelerate pull-through.
- Build relationships with pharmacy, population health, value analysis committees, and clinical champions; align enterprise and field prescriber activation.
- Provide clinical education for FCS/ApoC-III and Plozasiran, and support patient identification tooling with Health IT.
- Partner with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Ops; provide competitive/formulary/access insights.
- Own adoption targets, monitor forecasts/growth indicators, and maintain disciplined CRM/reporting documentation.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Required: 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience; IDN/health system/complex account management; ability to influence formulary/protocol/pathway decisions; consistent performance/territory growth.
- Preferred: specialty, rare disease, or cardiometabolic therapeutic area experience.

Skills/Competencies:
- Senior stakeholder presence; enterprise planning/account management; strong health system economics/reimbursement knowledge; analytical, data-driven decision-making; translates complex clinical/HE data into value narratives; resilient, adaptable, collaborative; exceptional communication/negotiation.

Benefits:
- Base salary $190,000–$210,000 plus incentive; RSU eligibility; car allowance; health/dental/vision/401(k).
