POSITION: Key Account Manager (KAM) โ€” hospital-based/integrated sites of care role managing key accounts across the Hoboken, NJ territory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase product access and sales by navigating institutional formulary approval processes and educating customers on appropriate product use.
- Secure product placement on appropriate account protocols and ensure products are in EMR systems.
- Develop relationships with local infusion sites, LTACHs, and home infusion companies.
- Create territory and account-level plans to grow utilization, formulary access, and expand the customer base.
- Understand account interdependencies and align solutions, messaging, and stakeholders to maximize account performance.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer opinion leaders and hospitals (physicians, medical staff, pharmacies).
- Plan, coordinate, and implement hospital-oriented education forums.
- Partner with hospital treatment committees to include products on appropriate disease-state protocols.
- Facilitate continuity of care via inclusion on discharge protocols/orders and alignment with approved reimbursement resources.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, National Accounts, Marketing, and Sales Administration on opportunities, KOL touchpoints, formulary changes, and pull-through initiatives.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven hospital-environment sales track record in the assigned territory/accounts.
- Recent acute care hospital or integrated sites of care sales experience.
- Ability to create alternate sites of care in the territory.
- Understanding of selling in a buy-and-bill market.
- Track record planning and executing new product/solution launches in hospital/account settings.
- Self-starter; able to work independently and as part of a team under shifting priorities.
- Strong project management; ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to learn technical product knowledge and work in a matrix environment.
- Build relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Willingness/ability to provide proof of childhood immunizations, a negative TB test, and other hospital credentialing requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Minimum 7 years related pharmaceutical sales, marketing and/or training experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an account selling role in a hospital/account ecosystem.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel as needed to sustain relationships and attend conferences/meetings.

PREFERRED:
- Buy/Bill and Home Infusion experience.
- Hospital experience in Acute Care, Infectious Disease, and/or Hemodialysis.

TRAVEL: Field-based position with frequent day-to-day travel expected.
