Geography/Location: Field-based. Must live in Houston, Dallas, or Austin. 40β60%+ travel within geography; additional travel to conventions and HQ in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales results across a defined strategic target list and geography; drive adoption, uptake, and utilization to exceed goals.
- Use advanced analytics, insights, and field intelligence to identify growth opportunities and performance drivers.
- Develop and execute strategic/tactical account plans with outcome-driven action.
- Tailor engagement to stakeholder priorities; deepen relationships via a disciplined call strategy.
- Leverage market access opportunities to expand reach and improve patient pathways.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts; share ongoing insights with leadership/internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliant execution (including PDMA) and adhere to company/industry compliance guidelines.
- Serve as a trusted clinical/product expert; advance ocular surface disease and lid health knowledge; align clinical insights with practice needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in business/science/related field or commensurate experience.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales, account management, market access, or relevant healthcare experience; 4+ years direct pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven top-tier success; strong eye care experience and successful launch experience strongly preferred.
- Track record managing complex/strategic accounts; strong problem-solving and collaboration.

Compensation/Benefits (if part of the posting)
- Incentive bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision; paid time off incl. vacation/holidays/personal days).
- Salary range: $131,250 / $175,000 / $192,500.
