Position Summary
- Serve as business leader for Seattle South territory, driving commercial growth, expanding surgeon adoption, and increasing MACI procedural volume.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to expand MACI utilization and increase procedural volume.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities; strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Build long-term partnerships with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, hospital leadership, and healthcare providers.
- Analyze market trends/competition/customer needs to create targeted growth strategies.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives.
- Become a Trusted Clinical Partner: educate physicians/OR personnel/healthcare teams on MACI’s clinical and economic value; provide technical/procedural support; be a resource across the customer journey.
- Partner with reimbursement and market access teams to support patient access and remove treatment barriers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years medical device/surgical/orthopedic/sports medicine/healthcare sales, or 8–10 years consultative sales success.
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
- Ability to build strategic customer relationships; strong hospital/OR understanding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong business planning, organizational, and territory management skills; independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office; extensive travel.
Preferred
- Orthopedic/sports medicine/biologics/regenerative medicine/surgical implant experience; OR procedure support; buy-and-bill/specialty reimbursement experience.
Compensation
- Incentive-based; base salary $80,000–$95,000; target total cash compensation $150,000–$195,000.
