Position Summary
- Serve as business leader for an assigned territory; drive commercial growth, expand surgeon adoption, and increase MACI procedural volume.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to expand MACI utilization and increase procedural volume.
- Identify, prioritize, and convert new opportunities; strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Build long-term partnerships with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, hospital leadership, and healthcare providers.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to create targeted growth strategies.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives; deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after procedures.
- Educate physicians/OR personnel/teams on MACIβs clinical and economic value; provide technical support during procedures.
- Partner with reimbursement/market access teams to support patient access and remove barriers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of successful medical device/surgical/orthopedic/sports medicine/healthcare sales, or 8β10 years in comparable consultative sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
- Ability to build strategic customer relationships; strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong business planning and territory management; independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Extensive travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Orthopedic/sports medicine/biologics/regenerative medicine/surgical implant experience; OR procedure support experience; buy-and-bill or specialty reimbursement experience.
Compensation (in posting)
- Base salary range: $80,000β$95,000; target total cash compensation: $150,000β$195,000 (incentive-based).
