Position Summary
- Develop and execute strategic international marketing initiatives to support growth of Caris molecular profiling services.
- Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, commercial/operations, regulatory & compliance, medical affairs, legal, and marketing communications to drive adoption and preference in strategic markets.
Responsibilities
- Support international commercial and operational teams from Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ; flexible hours for time zones.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with quality and alignment to corporate strategy/compliance.
Commercial Adoption & Growth
- Develop and execute country-specific marketing plans; support product launches and growth initiatives.
- Create/adapt/translate product portfolio content; manage content lifecycle by region.
- Manage international conferences/events while maintaining brand identity and adapting messaging.
Distributor Enablement & Support
- Prepare distributor enablement tools (playbooks, training materials, promotional and transactional content, event materials).
- Support distributor onboarding, training, education, and ad-hoc requests across time zones.
Marketing Management & Collaboration
- Maintain international marketing campaign calendar; track timelines/resources and effectiveness (KPIs).
- Manage MLR submissions; establish best practices for content dissemination and ensure content accuracy.
- Work with product marketing, design, sales, regulatory/compliance, legal, and partners to build region-focused strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (marketing, communications, or scientific field).
- 5+ years in marketing/communications/product management.
- Prior healthcare experience (e.g., in vitro diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical).
- Strong marketing principles; end-to-end marketing project management.
- Conference/event and vendor management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to content management systems and project management software; basic Internet use for business.
- Hybrid: onsite 3β4 days/week.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PhD; international marketing/business; molecular science/precision medicine.
- Campaign orchestration; strong cross-functional leadership/project management.
- Salesforce and marketing automation experience; valid passport (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Physical/Other
- Lift 20+ lbs; sit/stand for long periods.
- Periodic travel (potentially international) and some evenings/weekends/holidays as needed.
