Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day calibration and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with cGMP and applicable standards.
- Calibrate and maintain process, facility, and utility equipment to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Train and develop instrument technicians; foster a safety culture.
- Manage daily instrumentation team activities (resource planning, resolving operational issues); lead on nights/weekends with minimal staffing.
- Ensure calibration/maintenance execution quality; serve as escalation point for instrumentation/calibration issues.
- Maintain calibration KPI performance.
- Troubleshoot/repair process instrumentation to minimize downtime.
- Align team priorities to production schedule and equipment availability; interface with customers on maintenance prioritization.
- Assist incident reporting, investigation, and corrective measures for instrument issues.
- Develop job plans and data sheets for initial calibrations; provide process instrumentation support for IQ/OQ site start-up.

Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 5+ years industrial process instrumentation & calibration experience in FDA-regulated industry.
- Leadership/supervisory experience in a process instrumentation team.
- Strong electrical systems/calibration knowledge: instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH); electrical test equipment; electrical troubleshooting (24 VDC–120 VAC).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Preferences (as listed):
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience; regulated GMP manufacturing experience.
- Manufacturing/maintenance knowledge; communication, coaching, prioritization, customer service, autonomy, problem-solving; computer proficiency; CMMS (GMARS) desired.
