Operations
Responsibilities:
- Perform calibrations and corrective maintenance on disciplines for which you have completed the Qualified Employee Program (QEP).
- Understand and analyze generated data to make decisions and provide technical advice regarding customer equipment.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and Metrologist to schedule and execute maintenance activities.
- Prioritize daily workload for optimal efficiency.
- Support other calibration team members as business needs arise.
- Understand and strictly adhere to corporate and local standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment; keep the work area ready for inspection.
- Understand and follow job-specific safety procedures and policies.
- Suggest appropriate procedure revisions.
- Proactively maintain a learning plan.

Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with maintenance of instrumentation
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Work authorization: applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor or provide visa/work authorization support (including F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, L-1).

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with instrument calibration, working in a GMP environment, and executing work within a CMMS (GMARS)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:
- Full-time position; typically 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday
- Overtime occasionally required
- Some travel may be required
