Main Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for institutional accounts to optimize access and pull-through for CABLIVI.
- Use a total account approach; support regional pull-through, partnership/relationship building, operational excellence, business analytics, and strategic input.
- Develop account knowledge (strategic goals, value drivers, access stakeholders, key metrics, emerging needs) and translate into product objective planning.
- Support clinical advocacy (e.g., KOL endorsement) and develop/execute access strategies across provider pathways, EMRs, and/or formularies.
- Leverage CABLIVI efficacy/safety messaging to support brand needs.
- Build understanding of institutional access processes (RFPs, P&T committee workflow), budget impact/clinical evaluation models.
- Develop strategic partnerships with C-suite/D-suite and population health decision makers; expand stakeholder reach for account access.
- Support CABLIVI pull-through at targeted IDNs and support establishment of aTTP protocols as applicable.
- Coordinate distribution/access maintenance with trade/channel partners and channel operations.
- Create clear messages for cross-functional field teams; maintain transparent communication on business unit/cross-business initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years relevant experience; 5+ years healthcare sales/account management with direct market access or first-line manager experience.
- Institutional accounts: New York.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Consultative approach, strategic account planning/selling, strong communication/presentation, and negotiating skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years recent institutional account management with population health decision makers/access influencers.
- IDN knowledge; hospital inpatient and hematology product/physician reimbursement experience.
- Existing customer relationships in geography; deep payer environment knowledge.
Travel Requirements
- ~70β80% travel.
