Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans for assigned territory consistent with sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Meet and exceed KPI expectations with excellent communication skills (listening and verbal articulation).
- Achieve quarterly sales goals with aligned targets.
- Develop pre-call strategy for aligned targets.
- Demonstrate influencing and negotiation skills.
- Learn and apply in-depth product knowledge (including relevant disease states) and effectively communicate it to customers to support informed decision making.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and cross-functional coworkers to support successful execution of goals.
- Use software platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM software) to complete daily tasks, including managing data and coordinating communications.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales impact, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree. Preferred: 1–2 years of sales experience (combination of education and experience considered).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong verbal and written communication; excellent listening and comprehension.
- Preferred knowledge of professional sales, territory management, and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to sit at a desk/table; intermittent sitting/standing/walking/stooping; periodic travel (~10%).
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $48,000–$72,000 (varies by skills, experience, and location).
