Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans for assigned territory consistent with sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicator (KPI) expectations; demonstrate excellent communication skills (listening and verbal articulation).
- Achieve quarterly sales goals with aligned targets.
- Develop pre-call strategy for aligned targets.
- Demonstrate success in influencing and negotiation.
- Learn and apply in-depth product knowledge, including relevant disease states; effectively communicate to customers to support informed decision making.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and cross-functional coworkers/leaders; foster open communication, build trust, and execute goals with cross-functional teams.
- Use software platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM) to complete daily tasks, manage data, coordinate communications, and enhance productivity.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales impact, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree; preferred 1–2 years of sales experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong verbal and written communication and excellent listening/comprehension.
- Preferred knowledge of professional sales, territory management, and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk/stoop; periodic travel (~10%).
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $48,000–$72,000 (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
