Job Summary
- Sales Representative for the Immunology team to promote and sell innovative therapies to healthcare providers in a designated territory, supporting patients with high unmet needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Educate healthcare professionals on clinical benefits and appropriate use of immunology/rare disease product(s).
- Identify, target, and engage key stakeholders (specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, patient advocacy groups).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education.
- Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines.
- Ensure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience preferred; life sciences or related field preferred.
- Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PA, or NP) is a plus.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/specialty sales experience; immunology, rare disease, or specialty biologics strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical acumen to discuss complex scientific information.
- Proven success in complex selling environments and navigating matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience launching a new rare disease product or indication.
- Strong understanding of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and digital sales platforms.
- Experience working with patient advocacy organizations.
- Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Adaptability and resilience.
Pay Range
- USD $140,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr.
