Position Summary:
- Lead field-based vaccine engagement across the assigned territory in the United States.
- Build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers and local health systems to increase vaccination rates.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to remove barriers and improve patient access.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain deep clinical and market knowledge of vaccine prevention and local needs.
- Engage healthcare providers and staff to present clinical value and support vaccination in practice.
- Use account-based approaches to drive stocking, in-office vaccination, or referral pathways.
- Partner with local account teams and cross-functional colleagues to remove barriers to access.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity in the CRM system.
- Meet territory targets and track progress using agreed metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with healthcare providers, clinics, or health systems.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to drive within the assigned territory.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Must live within or close to the assigned territory.
- Hiring level:
- Immunization Specialist (grade 8): Minimum 2 years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Senior Immunization Specialist (grade 7): 5+ years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of vaccines-specific sales or immunization program experience.
- Clinical background (e.g., RN, LPN, or other healthcare qualification) with a proven track record meeting/exceeding sales and activity targets.
- Strong account selling skills; experience negotiating with organizational buyers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- High administrative efficiency.
- Comfortable using CRM, digital tools, and virtual engagement platforms.
- Desire for growth and development.

Work Model:
- Field-based role with on-site presence in the assigned territory; regular travel within the territory and periodic regional travel.
