Responsibilities:
- Apply promotional and selling strategies to grow the product base in the assigned geography; promote belumosudil (if approved) to meet/exceed territory sales goals.
- Communicate and provide on-label product information to designated targets/accounts.
- Build and execute clear business plans; analyze sales and market trends to identify opportunities and implement an effective POA.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel, HCPs/non-HCPs, and targeted accounts; establish/maintain relationships within the cGVHD community.
- Manage territory budgets (customer contacts, promotional programs, external expenditures).
- Demonstrate product & disease-state expertise and product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Deliver one-on-one, group, and non-personal on-label sales presentations (face-to-face and virtual); prepare and analyze market data.
- Use computer systems for planning, forecasting, and review; provide accurate administrative reporting (calls, objectives, responses, samples if applicable, expenses).
- Comply with applicable laws/rules for pharmaceutical marketing and promotion.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate/driving sales; product launch experience.
- Proficiency with live engagements to HCPs/staff.
- Strong oral/written communication; time management/organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Travel 20%+.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Hematology/Oncology, precision medicine, or bone marrow transplant experience.
- Field sales/hospital-academic/Managed Care experience in oncology/hematology-transplant.
