Human Resources Business Partner Senior Director

Role: Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Vertex’s Data, Technology & AI organization, serving as the primary people strategist to align talent and organizational effectiveness with the AI-driven transformation. Responsibilities: lead talent strategy, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning; partner closely with Data/Tech/AI leadership; drive culture of innovation, leverage AI/analytics for HR insights, coach senior leaders, and embed enterprise-wide HR initiatives. Requirements: 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant partnership with technical organizations; deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and workforce planning; bachelor’s degree; proven ability to influence senior executives and operate in fast-paced, complex tech environments.
