General Summary:
Senior Director, HR Business Partner to partner with the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and lead the people agenda for the Data/Technology/AI organization, ensuring the operating model, leadership capability, and enterprise talent strategy are in place to execute the roadmap.

Responsibilities:
- Primary people strategist for Data/Tech/AI; lead through influence; own talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- In partnership with Data/Tech/AI leadership, deliver people solutions across workforce planning, talent development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and HR policies/programs.
- Translate business/technology/AI strategy into an integrated people/organizational agenda with data-backed recommendations.
- Drive annual people operating cadence (goal setting, performance/talent reviews) with quality, fairness, and business relevance.
- Lead transformation of the Data/Tech/AI operating model (change leadership, sponsors/stakeholders, adoption measures).
- Architect organizational design and effectiveness (structure, role clarity, spans/layers, leadership interfaces, operating mechanisms) to reduce friction and improve accountability.
- Own enterprise talent strategy for Data/Tech/AI capability/job families (role architecture, skills expectations, selection standards, development pathways, succession depth).
- Lead strategic workforce planning (build/buy/borrow, internal mobility, upskilling/reskilling, location strategies, retention for critical roles).
- Coach senior leaders; facilitate leadership team journeys; lead talent reviews and succession planning.
- Champion innovation/collaboration/continuous learning; strengthen feedback loops and performance norms.
- Use data/analytics/AI for talent intelligence, intervention measurement, and HR workflow acceleration.

Qualifications:
- Experience partnering with Data/Technology/Engineering/Product/AI/Analytics/Cybersecurity or similar technical organizations in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Strong understanding of Data/Technology/AI operating models and implications for skills/delivery.
- Demonstrated use of data/analytics/AI to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.
- Proven ability to apply AI within HRBP workflows.
- Advanced expertise in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, culture shaping, and organization design.
- Deep strategic workforce planning experience (capability development, succession planning, long-term talent strategies).
- Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years progressive HR experience (or equivalent) with senior-leader partnership.

Pay Range:
$227,200 - $340,800 (eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards).
