Human Resource Business Partner

Role: Human Resources Business Partner supporting manufacturing and corporate functions at Perspective Therapeutics' Chicago-area sites, primarily Bloomingdale. Objectives: build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive workforce; support employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Responsibilities: serve as the primary HR contact for site employees and leaders, partner with Talent Acquisition, manage employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR operations, and policy compliance; support culture initiatives and HR projects across locations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience with certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR); minimum 5 years of HR experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations, preferably in regulated industries like biotech, pharma, or manufacturing. HighValue: experience in manufacturing environments, regulated industries (radiopharmaceuticals, biotech, pharma), supporting site-based teams, with familiarity in HRIS, ATS, and employment law. WorkSetup: primarily on-site in Chicago, with occasional travel to other company locations. Skills: strong HR knowledge, interpersonal skills, discretion, project management, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with HR systems, and facilitation skills.
