Role Summary: Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) for Migraine Team. Increase territory sales and develop relationships with assigned customers/accounts through product promotion and territory business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain engagement using digital tools for live/virtual customer interactions.
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Leverage product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on branded/unbranded value propositions and applicable clinically oriented disease-state information/resources.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Complete administrative requirements on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in one or more: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity, small business/entrepreneurship, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN/Pharmacist/PT/OT), Educator, or full-time military experience.
Nice-to-have:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical marketing; strong sales/marketing success; territory management; communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with relevant disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets.
- Reside within territory boundaries.
Requirements/Work Conditions:
- Travel to all accounts/office locations; possible overnight stays.
- Live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.
Benefits/Pay (from posting):
- Annual base salary: $94,300–$164,500; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus. Includes 401(k) with matching and additional retirement contribution, paid vacation/holidays/personal days, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage. Overtime applies during initial non-exempt training.
