HR Representative

Role: HR Representative supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and employee engagement within the operational facility. Responsibilities: coordinate recruitment activities, manage onboarding and offboarding, ensure data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems, address HR inquiries, maintain legal compliance regarding employment laws and workplace notices, and lead local employee engagement initiatives.
