HR Policy, Risk & Controls Manager

Role: HR Policy, Risk & Controls Manager within HR Operations & Compliance at Legend Biotech, based in Bridgewater, NJ. Responsibilities: Develop and oversee HR policies in compliance with regulatory standards, monitor and mitigate HR risks, lead compliance assessments, manage HR audit activities (including SOX controls), and oversee data privacy and investigation governance.
