Role Summary

HR Leader, Robotics Supply Chain – Santa Clara, CA. Lead HR strategy and initiatives to support local business goals and enterprise HR strategies within the Robotics/MedTech portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and deploys global/standardized HR strategy in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in organizational design, succession planning, talent management, performance management, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Drives culture through organizational development interventions and coaching to senior leadership.
  • Sets and articulates data-driven talent strategies to develop a diverse and technically upskilled workforce, using insights from the HR talent dashboard.
  • Designs and executes culture, Credo, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with global or cross-sector function leaders.
  • Leads capabilities-building strategies based on mid/long-term business goals, in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Manages and prioritizes HR initiatives in support of business, Enterprise and MedTech HR strategies.
  • Manages the HR team, either through direct reporting or peer influence, as needed.
  • Participates in employee communication in HR-led change management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Located in Santa Clara, CA with up to 20% travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience coaching and leading talent preferred.
  • Influential team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Strong global leadership orientation with appreciation for business differences.
  • Experience managing, planning and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact.
  • Relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical/strategic thinker capable of creating integrated global HR solutions aligned with global HR strategies.
  • Influence, solution-shaping, negotiation, and consultative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes.
  • Experience developing high-performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Experience partnering to integrate HR solutions balancing local needs with trends to achieve business goals.
