Role: Senior HR compliance and immigration specialist supporting United Therapeutics' operational excellence and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities: manage employment-based immigration programs, oversee I-9 and E-Verify compliance, ensure federal contractor obligations (affirmative action, VEVRAA, Section 503), prepare regulatory reporting, and develop HR policies and training. Handle vendor relations, employee relocations, and process improvements. Requirements: 8+ years HR experience (or 6+ with Masterโs), including immigration and compliance management; strong legal interpretation, audit, and data analysis skills; knowledge of U.S. employment laws, immigration processes, and federal contractor regulations. Preferred: Masterโs degree, HRIS experience, certifications (e.g., PHR), and experience in regulated industries. HighValue: immigration compliance, federal contractor obligations, regulatory reporting, HR policy development, vendor and project management, and process automation. WorkSetup: hybrid (Durham, NC or Silver Spring, MD); at least 3 days/week onsite, with possible increase.
