HR Business Partner – R&D HR (Global Regulatory Affairs within the Chief Medical Officer Organization HR team)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver change: diagnose opportunities using data, design integrated solutions, drive global change projects, and partner with senior leaders.
- Apply business acumen to improve performance using HR initiatives’ bottom-line impact; prioritize by strategic impact, cost, risk, and trade-offs.
- Develop culture: coach leaders to build engagement strategies, shift culture, and ensure diverse and inclusive environments.
- Organizational design & development: partner to improve organization effectiveness using data/analytics and monitor benefits.
- Workforce and strategic capability planning: diagnose capability gaps and support optimal workforce plans.
- Succession planning & talent management: coach leaders to retain talent and embed succession planning best practices; improve employee development.
- HR governance & risk management: mitigate HR risks, manage escalations, partner to resolve high-risk issues, and address inappropriate behaviors.
- Reward & retention strategy: partner with reward experts to develop/deliver plans aligned to business priorities.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- University/college degree in HR/Business (or related) with HR business partnering experience.
- HR generalist experience.
- Experience understanding global consultation landscape/process.
- Hands-on transformation change experience; coaching complex cultural change.
- Experience across HR interventions (leadership development, talent management, high-performing teams, capability building, performance management).
- Data/analytics to derive insights and recommend actions.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and counseling senior leaders.
- Experience in large, complex organizations; team/matrix leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Works effectively in complex, matrix, multi-culture/geography environments.
- Process excellence/continuous improvement; strong decision-making and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management skills; deliver against time/cost/quality/performance criteria.
