The Hospital Senior Account Manager supports and advances formulary access, protocol and order set readiness, discharge pathway support, and demand generation across targeted hospital accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales performance objectives by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Manage hospital relationships by engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs/priorities.
- Provide scientific/clinical information and deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians/APPs/medical staff.
- Secure and translate formulary wins and market access into consistent prescribing and utilization.
- Engage pharmacy/medical/operational stakeholders in clinical discussions (patient identification, treatment selection, IV-to-oral transition, discharge readiness, readmission reduction).
- Collaborate with nurse navigators, discharge planners, case managers, and specialty pharmacy partners to support access and therapy continuity.
- Identify/adress barriers impacting product adoption; optimize call metrics/coverage.
- Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness and develop territory plans; manage territory budget.
- Complete administrative tasks; maintain training participation and compliance.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS; valid driver’s license.
- 5+ years pharma/medical/biotech; 3+ years calling on hospitals/health systems.
- Experience with hospital decision-making, clinical pathways, formulary management, antimicrobial stewardship.
- Travel up to 50%; ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs.

- Top-tier sales record; demand generation in hospitals.
- Anti-infective experience; account selling expertise; health systems model knowledge.
- Experience engaging specialist physicians/hospitalists/pharmacists; collaborating across care settings.
- Data analysis for business plans; flexibility; compliance adherence; strong presentation/selling.
