Role: Hospital Senior Account Manager (Territory includes Albany and White Plains, NY)

Responsibilities:
- Advance formulary access, protocol and order set readiness, discharge pathway support, and demand generation across targeted hospital accounts.
- Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan; meet/exceed sales performance objectives.
- Manage hospital relationships by engaging clinical/non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
- Provide scientific/clinical information and deliver compliant clinical brand presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
- Secure and translate formulary and market access wins into consistent prescribing and utilization.
- Engage pharmacy/medical/operational stakeholders in clinical discussions (patient ID, treatment selection, IV-to-oral transition, discharge readiness, readmission reduction).
- Identify and address barriers to product adoption; conduct educational programs/in-services/speaker programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., provider account directors, reimbursement managers) and coordinate with nurse navigators, discharge planners, case managers, and specialty pharmacy partners.
- Analyze utilization trends and customer insights; optimize call metrics and territory coverage.
- Manage territory budget, complete administrative tasks, and maintain compliance.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS from an accredited institution; valid driver’s license.
- 5+ years pharma/medical/biotech experience; 3+ years calling on hospitals/health systems.
- Experience with hospital decision-making, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship.
- Travel up to 50%; ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.

Preferred:
- Track record of top-tier sales and product launch success; demand generation in hospitals.
- Anti-infective experience; expertise in complex account selling.
- Deep health system model knowledge; experience engaging specialist physicians/hospitalists/pharmacy leadership.

Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated):
- US base salary range: $165,000–$275,000; annual bonus; eligible for share-based long-term incentive.
