Regional Sales Manager (RSM) โ€“ South Region (Hospital Sales)

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Teva Psychiatry Hospital sales team
- Develop expertise and coach others on regional business focus areas (settings of care, payer and pull-through opportunities, and marketing strategy execution)
- Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed regional sales goals
- Coach/train others in different settings of care to identify key business opportunities
- Coordinate efforts across sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training
- Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and make plans to address concerns
- Coach teams on execution of the defined call plan for each hospital account manager
- Coach teams from hire date onward with counseling, encouragement, and oversight to execute brand strategy
- Spend 90+ days in the field supporting local sales representatives

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical first-line sales management or related people management; internal candidates must demonstrate leadership ability to manage teams
- Track record of achieving sales goals and building/coaching/developing effective sales teams
- Psychiatric therapeutic experience strongly preferred; long-acting injectables for schizophrenia preferred
- Preferred: launching psychiatric products across multiple settings of care and hospitals
- Preferred: injectable and in-hospital administration experience in an acute care hospital
- Strongly preferred: rare disease experience; working with Specialty Pharmacies, Buy and Bill, and HUB services

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to interact with customers in live/virtual environments; proficiency with technology
- Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies; experience across hospitals, CMHC, specialty pharmacy, and private practice
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record required
- US credentialing requirements for customer-facing roles within 60 days (may include additional vaccinations and medical testing)

Travel
- Extensive travel throughout assigned region (may include air travel and weekend/overnight travel)

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Annual starting salary: $151,000โ€“$190,000
- Eligible to participate in the company sales incentive plan
