Territory: Field-based covering Phoenix Mirror (ideal residence within territory), including Las Vegas, NV; Tucson, AZ; Albuquerque & Santa Fe, NM; El Paso, TX. Travel varies; includes national meetings/conferences.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate meaningful product information; customize discussions based on customer needs.
- Engage in informed discussions with HCPs; determine when/how to seek and provide additional information.
- Serve as primary point of contact for select accounts; meet key personnel to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers, needs, and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with customer team to develop customer strategy (interactions/relationships, solutions, offerings).
- Share learnings/best practices across customers; focus on better health outcomes (HCP & patient experience).
- Provide input to resource allocation; select programs/services to address needs.
- Maintain knowledge of practice structure/business model/influencers; provide info to stakeholders.
- Embrace new technology/channels; uphold ethics, integrity, and compliance with laws/policies/regulations.
HIV / Sales Execution:
- Execute across all stages of the sales process; position HIV products vs. competition using appropriate patient types and approved resources.
- Stay ahead of market trends; ask strategic questions; use insights to position products and tailor business strategy.
- Segment/target customers; manage total Virology portfolio; develop account plans and long-term customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; build relationships in a “no sample” environment; operate with a business owner mindset during change.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s + 2 years sales experience OR high school diploma + 6 years equivalent experience (e.g., sales/marketing/military/healthcare-scientific).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory and for national meetings.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years account management/sales with Infectious Disease customers (preferred HIV/product/launch experience).
- Specialty sales/launch experience; pharma/biotech/medical device sales.
- Experience in regulated environments; complex hospital systems; payer environment (incl. pharmacy stakeholders).
- Demonstrated relationship-building, business acumen, strategic planning, leadership/organization, and compliance mindset.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Salary range: $106,200–$167,200.
- Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
