Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement US payer-specific HEVA strategy for Dupixent in COPD and Asthma; execute HEVA tactics supporting launch, lifecycle management, commercial objectives, and market access.
- Lead comprehensive US HEVA planning and translate HEVA insights into actionable business strategies; build/maintain cross-functional relationships (commercial, medical, clinical development, market access).
- Set and execute evidence generation priorities and translate Target Value Propositions/market access strategies into evidence hypotheses, requirements, and generation plans.
- Design and execute HEOR/HEVA activities: economic modeling, database/observational research, COA development/validation, systematic literature reviews, evidence synthesis, AMCP dossier development.
- Apply HEOR methods (post-hoc, meta-analysis, indirect treatment comparisons) and disseminate evidence compliantly (e.g., HCEI/PIE).
- Engage external stakeholders (payers, evidence bodies incl. ICER/PDAB/IRA, patient advocacy, conferences); manage vendor/research investments within budget.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications (Required):
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD).
- 5+ years in health economics/outcomes research (or related).
- US product launch experience; strong understanding of US payer evidence/value demonstration.
- Demonstrated HEOR methods expertise (modeling, observational research, evidence synthesis, COA development) and digital/data platform proficiency.

Preferred:
- Dupixent or other respiratory biologics experience.
- Deep COPD/Asthma competitive landscape knowledge; Type 2 inflammation biology expertise.
