Job Summary:
- Own B2B customer relationships in large/complex healthcare delivery networks. Serve as primary liaison with largest customers; engage C/D level clinical & non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver customized value propositions.
- Meet/exceed sales objectives by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Provide scientific/clinical information and deliver clinical brand presentations to HCPs/clinic personnel; drive appropriate prescribing within indication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with IDNs, academic centers, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve/exceed territory sales targets for key accounts via integrated business planning.
- Identify/engage key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
- Plan activities to optimize call metrics (coverage/frequency).
- Deliver clinical brand presentations; understand customer delivery system (physician hierarchy, pharmacy, nursing).
- Maintain product/competitor knowledge and monitor market trends.
- Analyze local trends to set goals and craft product launch plans.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; manage territory budget.
- Complete administrative tasks, participate in training, and maintain compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field.
- Valid driverβs license; travel up to 50% (overnights possible).
- Account Manager 6: 5+ years biotech/pharma experience. Account Manager 7: 3+ years biotech/pharma experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Success in product launch sales; hepatology experience preferred.
- Track record meeting sales goals; complex account selling.
- Knowledge of Health Systems model and P&T/formulary processes.
- Experience calling on C/D level in IDNs; matrix/lateral leadership; strong selling/presentation.
- Data/trend analysis for business plans; flexibility; compliance focus.
Requirements:
- Lift/move up to 35 pounds.

- Annual base salary range: $162,750β$271,250; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
