Job Summary
- Own B2B relationships for large, complex healthcare delivery networks (e.g., health systems/IDNs, CDC awardees, major health departments, FQHCs) and serve as primary liaison to C/D-level clinical & non-clinical stakeholders.
- Exceed sales performance goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Provide scientific/clinical information and deliver clinically brand sales presentations to drive appropriate prescribing within indication.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with large-organized customers and decision-makers (e.g., Chief Medical Officers, Pharmacy Directors, Infectious Disease Specialists, P&T committee members).
- Achieve/exceed sales targets via account business planning; identify and engage key influencers.
- Plan/organize activities to meet call metrics; optimize coverage/frequency.
- Understand customer healthcare delivery systems and stakeholder roles.
- Develop product/competitor knowledge; analyze trends and craft launch business plans.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy; manage territory budget; complete admin tasks; ensure compliance with policies.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Valid driver’s license; travel up to 50%.
- Account Manager 6: 5+ years biotech/pharma experience. Account Manager 7: 3+ years.

Preferred Qualifications
- Product launch sales success; hepatology experience.
- Track record of sales targets; account selling complex processes.
- Health Systems model/decision processes (P&T, formulary); C/D-level IDN experience; matrix experience; strong presentation/selling; data-driven planning.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog.

Requirements
- Travel up to 50% with possible overnight stays; lift/move up to 35 lbs.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- US base salary range: $162,750–$271,250; annual bonus; eligibility for long-term incentive; health care/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
