HEOR Sr Director/ Director- Strategy Leader

Role: HEOR Strategy Leader within Lilly's cardiometabolic health (CHM) business, responsible for developing and executing health economic and outcomes research strategies to support drug development, market access, and product differentiation. Responsibilities include leading the formulation of patient-focused outcomes, real-world evidence, and economic value strategies, overseeing research across the product lifecycle, and ensuring integration of HEOR from early clinical phases through commercialization. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of HEOR scientists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating complex scientific insights to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: PhD or MD with 7+ years, or PharmD/MS with similar experience, demonstrated expertise in health economics, outcomes research, and research project execution. Preferred skills include strong communication, leadership, strategic influence, and experience in health technology assessment or market access within the therapeutics area.
