Responsibilities:
- Serve as HEOR evidence synthesis lead, ensuring internally and externally generated HEOR evidence supports pre-launch, launch, and life-cycle management.
- Work with the HEOR Strategy Director to incorporate stakeholder evidence needs (RWE/modeling) into HEOR strategy and ensure scientific rigor aligned to NNI strategy across the product lifecycle.
- Monitor/engage external bodies (e.g., ICER) and conduct health technology reviews for NNI products in the US.
- Serve as internal reviewer/approver for research protocols; enable pull-through of synthesized evidence for proactive and reactive external communications.
- Lead execution and dissemination of rapid data analytics requests from stakeholders.
- Lead conceptualization and delivery of the Evidence Synthesis Package and other evidence deliverables; provide scientific expertise to research protocol/analysis plan and interpret results for external stakeholders.
- Oversee study-specific pull-through and dissemination (timelines, budget, deliverables, training), including dissemination of HEOR/RWE studies.
Qualifications:
- PhD or MS/MD/PharmD in a healthcare-related field (health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research, public health, health services research, biostatistics, medicine, biomedical sciences) preferred.
- Strong experience in health economics/health services research, real-world evidence, and evaluating healthcare interventions.
- 5+ years in health economics/outcomes research/pricing/reimbursement/medical affairs/portfolio analysis; 2+ years in pharmaceutical industry, payor, or healthcare.
- Knowledge of US healthcare systems (MCOs, integrated systems, PBMs, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Strong healthcare big data/applications knowledge.
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications and HEOR tool development; experience with drug formulary/customer materials strongly preferred.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation; strong stakeholder management.
